Where can I leave my personal items?

Our beautifully crafted Scandinavian style sauna unit has limited space where clothing, footwear and personal items can be stored however our storage container adjacent to the changing stalls can accommodate belongings while you enjoy your sauna, shower or a light stroll around this beautiful location.

Why is it 50 minutes per session?

As sauna use is highly recommended at 10 - 15 minute sessions, this time frames allows for sufficient use of the sauna room, the shower and a splash in the sea, this combination helps to enhance the experience. Guests can avail of the changing area over the 10 minute period between hourly sauna appointments.

How do I get the most out of my session?

We recommend to drink plenty of water before during and after your session. 3 x 10+ minute sauna room sessions will help you to enjoy the natural benefits later that day.

Try to arrive wearing your swimwear as you can develop your sauna use rhythm quicker.

The use of a beach robe is very convenient for this activity.
