Where can I leave my personal items?
Our beautifully crafted Scandinavian style sauna unit has a changing room where clothing, footwear and personal items can be stored while you enjoy your sauna, shower or a light stroll around this beautiful location.
Why is it 50 minutes per session?
As sauna use is highly recommended at 10 - 15 minute sessions, this time frames allows for sufficient use of the sauna room, the shower and a splash in the sea, this helps to enhance the experience.
How do I get the most out of my session?
We recommend to drink plenty of water before during and after your session. 3 x 10+ minute sauna room sessions will help you to enjoy the natural benefits later that day.
Try to arrive wearing your swimwear as the use of the changing area is included in your time slot of 50 minutes.
A beach robe is very convenient as there is limited space in our changing room.

What cleaning methods are used?
Before use each morning the sauna unit and all the accessories will be sanitised with an approved disinfectant. The same procedure will be applied after each sauna session.
What is the age limit?
Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
What is a social sauna session?
This option is designed for individuals to enjoy our sauna in a public setting. A chance to enjoy and share the experience with like minded people.
